Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for immediate client openings in IT, healthcare, and logistics
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and reference checks within 24-hour turnaround
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements
- Onboard new candidates and facilitate seamless onboarding processes
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
- Build relationships with local workforce development agencies
Qualifications
- 1+ years of recruitment/staffing experience or related HR background
- Proven ability to source passive candidates via LinkedIn and job boards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with same-day deadlines
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
