Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across multiple industries including tech, finance, and healthcare
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers at Denver-based companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media for talent acquisition
- Meet and exceed monthly placement KPIs
- Present compelling job opportunities to passive candidates
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Proven success in sourcing hard-to-fill positions
- Strong knowledge of Denver's job market and key industries
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
