Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from client intake to candidate placement
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ key industry clients
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS platforms for talent identification
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical roles
- Optimize job descriptions for SEO and conversion rates
- Track and report KPIs including time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical professionals (engineers, data analysts, etc.)
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong understanding of Austin's tech and startup ecosystem
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Relevant certification (CPC, CSP, or similar) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful high-volume placements
