Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into various databases and spreadsheets.
- Review incoming data for discrepancies or errors and perform necessary corrections.
- Sort, organize, and file physical documents as well as digital records.
- Assist in generating and preparing routine reports and summaries.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company information.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
