Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud infrastructure
- Deploy and troubleshoot network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance measures
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration
- Strong scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Python preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site visits
