Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technological capabilities with business goals.
- Lead high-level R&D initiatives focused on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Automation).
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate disruptive technologies that provide a competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with the C-Suite to secure funding and resources for long-term innovation projects.
- Mentor and develop a team of strategy leads and technology futurists.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to anticipate industry shifts and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven history of defining and delivering multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies.
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their potential business applications.
