Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Tech Vision: Create a comprehensive 3-year technology strategy that aligns with business objectives, anticipating industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable architecture for enterprise-grade applications.
- AI & Machine Learning Leadership: Spearhead the integration of Generative AI and predictive analytics to drive automation and innovation across all departments.
- Roadmap Management: Oversee the development and execution of the technical roadmap, ensuring milestones are met with high quality and efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and retain a world-class engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, product, design, and executive leadership to ensure technical feasibility and business alignment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architecture role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and successfully executing complex digital transformations.
- AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and modern AI frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, manage stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
