As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to identify disruptive trends, forecast technological inflection points, and develop forward-looking strategies. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment priorities, and market positioning in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast industry impacts by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation pipeline prioritization
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology integration
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive intelligence to identify disruptors and opportunities
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board of directors
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology forecasting and trend analysis
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or synthetic biology
- Experience developing strategic technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi technique)
