As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies that will redefine our industry by 2026. You'll lead high-impact initiatives across AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems while building strategic partnerships with global innovation hubs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year ROI horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Architect innovation ecosystems through strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision and strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical deployment of transformative technologies
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing architectures and skill development
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of successfully deploying emerging technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation management
- Published thought leadership in technology futures (patents, white papers, or conference keynotes)
- Certification in emerging technology assessment (e.g., IEEE Foresight, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Fluency in technology ethics frameworks and responsible innovation principles
