Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with the company’s long-term vision and business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Spatial Computing.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype disruptive technologies to gain a competitive market advantage.
- Oversee cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams to ensure seamless technology integration.
- Establish metrics to measure the success of innovation projects and report progress to the board of directors.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and technical strategists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, technical architecture, or executive-level technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale R&D initiatives and strategic technology transformations.
- Strong understanding of emerging tech trends, specifically related to 2026 and future-forward computing paradigms.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
- Experience managing budgets and resources for high-visibility projects.
