Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for the 2026 strategic horizon, aligning with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional Research & Development (R&D) initiatives focusing on Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, and emerging tech stacks.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of data scientists, engineers, and strategic planners.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic tech solutions into customer-facing products.
- Present technical visions to stakeholders and board members, translating complex concepts into clear business value.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or R&D management, with at least 3 years in a C-level or senior director role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI products or strategic tech initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), and neural networks.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to forecast industry trends 3-5 years in advance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and diverse teams.
