Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure engineering best practices and standards.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement strategies to optimize application speed, responsiveness, and SEO.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure product stability and reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and CSS (Sass/Tailwind).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
