Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technology trends relevant to the 2026 landscape, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge IoT.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 3-5 year technology roadmap aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies before market entry.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure budget, resources, and buy-in for high-risk, high-reward R&D initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups to stay ahead of the innovation curve.
- Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, R&D, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential application in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation initiatives and managing multi-million dollar budgets.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable strategic insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
