As we look toward the future, we are seeking a Senior AI Architect to lead our R&D efforts and define our technology stack for the year 2026. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, intelligent systems that integrate cutting-edge generative models with robust backend infrastructure.
The Role
In this strategic position, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and practical, high-performance applications. You will work closely with product leaders and engineers to build the infrastructure that will power our products for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI architectures aligned with the company’s 2026 roadmap, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics.
- R&D Oversight: Spearhead research initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies and determine their feasibility for integration into our core products.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, conducting code reviews, technical architecture discussions, and best practice workshops.
- Infrastructure Strategy: Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure secure, compliant, and highly available deployment pipelines for AI workloads.
- Product Innovation: Translate complex technical requirements into user-centric AI features that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience building and deploying LLMs and generative AI applications.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and make high-impact technical decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
