Role Overview:
In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, scalable implementation. You will lead a team of elite engineers in developing autonomous systems, quantum-ready algorithms, and neural interfaces that are expected to dominate the global tech landscape by 2026.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with company goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling massive data throughput.
- Research & Development: Lead R&D initiatives into emerging technologies, including generative adversarial networks (GANs) and edge computing integration.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and UX designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI models adhere to ethical guidelines and industry standards for bias and safety.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior AI architecture or lead engineering role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
