Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the 2026 Technology Vision, ensuring alignment with corporate business goals and market trends.
- Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing, Quantum) to identify strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives and department heads to integrate future tech strategies into annual operational plans.
- Oversee a cross-functional team of futurists, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and validate high-impact technologies.
- Manage the technology budget for R&D initiatives and ensure a high Return on Investment (ROI) for innovation projects.
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, executive management, or a related high-level technical role.
- Proven experience in developing and executing long-term technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Future Systems.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing technical teams.
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Masterās degree preferred).
