Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a comprehensive 5-year AI roadmap aligned with business goals and 2026 market trends.
- Oversee the architecture and implementation of scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Edge AI, Autonomous Systems) and evaluate their potential for commercial application.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for AI deployment to ensure compliance and fairness.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of successfully launching AI-driven products in a competitive market.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders alike.
