Your Role:
As a Future Technology Lead, you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, assessing their impact on our business, and implementing scalable solutions that position Nexus Horizon as an industry leader by the year 2026.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Technology Roadmap 2026 aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into core workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-state technologies.
- Conduct market research to identify disruptive technologies that will define 2026.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud architectures.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives to ensure long-term competitiveness.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Strategy, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership.
- Proven track record of defining and delivering technology roadmaps for 2026 and beyond.
- Deep expertise in AI, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience managing large-scale technical teams and budgets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
