Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that drive our core business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define feature specifications and build robust architectures.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while participating actively in peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security.
- Engage in a structured mentorship program to rapidly accelerate your technical and professional growth.
- Contribute to a culture of innovation by bringing fresh ideas and modern technologies to the engineering team.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, with an expected graduation date in Spring/Fall 2026.
- Strong foundational knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Spring Boot) or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
