Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and architectural design for AI systems focused on the 2026 technology horizon.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and LLMs into core product offerings to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure ethical AI implementation.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for AI models and drive continuous optimization and accuracy improvements.
- Mentor a team of senior data scientists and machine learning engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Predict and evaluate emerging tech trends, such as Quantum Computing applications for AI, to prepare our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex AI projects from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
