Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse operations including packing, sorting, and labeling products efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks safely, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock organization to maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate basic material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Communicate effectively with team leads to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the El Paso facility.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- No prior experience necessary; we are looking for the right attitude.
