Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Valid ID and legal authorization to work in the US.
- Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee facility.
