Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Perform general cleaning and safety checks of the work area.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and efficiency goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods (up to 10-50 lbs).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
