Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing warehouse stock efficiently.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate power industrial equipment (PIE) as required and perform basic equipment maintenance checks.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record are preferred for local driving tasks.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude toward safety and teamwork.
