Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise for delivery using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and stock adjustments as directed by management.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure workflow efficiency and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID and Social Security Number.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Miami facility.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic warehouse operations.
