Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning technology
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect goods for quality assurance before packaging and shipping
- Participate in 5S workplace organization initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our industrial park location
- Flexible availability for day/night shifts including weekends
