- Partner with R&D to translate theoretical concepts into scalable commercial applications

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation roles with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products with >$50M ARR
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
