Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop long-term technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise executive leadership on technology investments and strategic pivots
- Collaborate with R&D teams to accelerate commercialization of breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure impact of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or futurism roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and commercializing innovations
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
