Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year technology roadmaps forecasting quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and ambient AI adoption
- Lead speculative R&D projects in synthetic biology interfaces and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging tech into enterprise transformation strategies
- Curate 'Future Horizons' innovation workshops with MIT, Stanford, and NASA collaborators
- Publish thought leadership in Nature Futures and IEEE Spectrum on 2026 tech paradigms
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget for prototype acceleration and patent development
- Mentor cross-generational teams in exponential thinking and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI safety, or climate tech
- Published research or patents in exponential technologies (IEEE/ACM publications preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption scenarios
