Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI/ML systems using Python, PyTorch, and cloud-native technologies.
- Drive the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision algorithms.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, MLOps, and model monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-scale ML models into production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
