Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Identify emerging technological disruptions and create actionable adoption plans for Fortune 500 partners
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress through our proprietary FutureTech Metrics System
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners securing $50M+ in funding
- Champion ethical AI deployment and sustainable technology practices across all initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-tech methodologies and speculative design thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with proven experience in emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Future Studies with published research in IEEE or Nature
- Track record of launching products with $100M+ ARR incorporating 2026-relevant technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for AI, biotech, and autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Quantum Strategy (Q-Cert) or equivalent advanced future-tech credential
