- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for technology adoption and innovation
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technological initiatives with business objectives
- Lead scenario planning and futures forecasting workshops with stakeholders
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) on technology evolution
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio for 2026 technology pilots
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience forecasting tech trends beyond 2025
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, quantum algorithms)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
