Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Produce scenario-planning models quantifying economic and social impacts of emerging innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists, economists, and domain experts
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summits featuring industry pioneers and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Experience managing high-impact consulting engagements with $1M+ budgets
