As a key architect of our 2026 vision, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop actionable frameworks that anticipate and prepare for disruptive trends. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives in AI ethics, sustainable tech adoption, and human-machine collaboration, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption and market disruption
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging trends (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities and talent strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation readiness and future-state adaptation
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend briefs for investor and stakeholder communications
- Oversee the integration of foresight methodologies into product development pipelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist advisory roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technology forecasting and disruption analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 organizations
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-computer interaction trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and board experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or future-state frameworks required
