Responsibilities

- Develop predictive models using big data analytics and AI-driven trend forecasting
- Present visionary recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Produce high-impact white papers and thought leadership content for industry summits
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and junior strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future scenarios
- Expertise in trend analysis, systems thinking, and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
