Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to forecast market opportunities through 2026
- Develop comprehensive strategic frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with R&D teams to identify breakthrough technologies with commercial potential
- Produce annual Future State reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
- Oversee competitive intelligence initiatives in emerging tech domains
- Champion organizational culture of adaptive innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy with future-planning focus
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
