Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces impacting 2026 markets
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in climate-tech and neuro interfaces
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with stakeholders across 12+ countries
- Author white papers on sustainable development goals and circular economy models for 2026
- Maintain proprietary foresight database using predictive analytics and machine learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and cross-impact matrix methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio examples required)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum, AI, synthetic biology, climate tech
- Certified Foresight Professional (CFP) or similar credential
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex futures concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable impact
