Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives for 2026 technological landscape
- Analyze global megatrends (AI regulation, climate tech, bio-convergence) and synthesize actionable insights
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Produce horizon scanning reports identifying disruptive opportunities and threats
- Design innovation incubation programs for emerging technologies
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or equivalent experience
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term transformation
