Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners to identify emerging disruptors
- Produce white papers and predictive models on AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Build cross-functional coalitions between R&D, product, and policy teams
- Represent company at global innovation forums (e.g., Davos, TED Future)
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using horizon scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant STEM field
- Published thought leadership on technological singularity or climate resilience
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented future-proofed products/services
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/R preferred)
- Security clearance eligibility for government collaboration projects
