Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, incorporating AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional initiatives on sustainable technology integration and circular economy models
- Develop scenario-planning models for geopolitical and technological disruptions affecting 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor a team of futurists and researchers
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for industry publication
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, blockchain)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology ethics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
