Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of forecasting technology adoption and market disruption (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into executive insights
- Published thought leadership in reputable futurist or business journals
