Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 8+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting and scenario planning success
- Expertise in systems thinking, complexity science, and exponential technologies
- Proven ability to translate abstract futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or similar preferred
