- Produce trend reports and strategic briefs published in industry-leading journals
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize future-ready solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning and foresight techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or adjacent fields
- Proficiency in foresight tools like STEEP analysis and Delphi method
