Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to co-create future-state roadmaps for quantum computing and climate resilience
- Produce executive-grade trend reports on neurotech, space commercialization, and decentralized governance
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features in enterprise platforms
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios (2020-2025) with measurable impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on long-term transformation
- PhD or publications in peer-reviewed futurism journals preferred
