Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026-2030 strategic foresight framework for enterprise innovation
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with Fortune 500 partners and internal stakeholders
- Produce trend reports on AI ethics, climate tech, and neurotechnology convergence
- Design pilot programs for emerging tech adoption (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investor consortia
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (MIT Sloan, Harvard Biz Review)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience
- Experience advising C-suite on tech disruption and market evolution
- Portfolio of implemented strategic initiatives with measurable ROI
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
