Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and market inflection points
- Produce actionable scenario plans for emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish innovation metrics to track 2026 strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership on future trends (2026+ focus preferred)
