Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts impacting 2026-2030 horizons
- Develop and maintain scenario planning models for strategic decision-making across departments
- Lead executive workshops on future-proofing business models and innovation ecosystems
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future insights into product development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data visualization and presentation skills with executive audiences
