Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Produce high-impact trend reports and executive briefings
- Advain on innovation portfolio allocation for future-proofing
- Partner with R&D to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Proficient in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP)
