Responsibilities
- Develop forward-looking strategic frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops mapping future scenarios in quantum computing and biotechnology
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate innovation pipelines
- Author white papers on emerging risks and opportunities in AI governance and climate tech
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Represent the organization at global forums on sustainable futures and digital transformation
- Mentor junior futurists while establishing thought leadership through speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Passion for sustainability and ethical tech development
