Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize emerging technology investments
- Produce forward-looking strategic briefs for executive leadership
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Design organizational resilience strategies for technological uncertainty
- Present futures insights at industry conferences and investor forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven track record of translating futures research into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future readiness
- Portfolio of published futures research or strategic foresight work
